When you email us or send information through a website form, you share the details you include so we can respond to your request. Please send only what is needed for that request.

Hearsay newsletter

When you subscribe to Hearsay, we collect your email address, the signup page and a record of your request to receive the newsletter. We use this information to manage subscriptions and deliver new editions. Signup requests are stored privately through Netlify, our website hosting and form provider. We may use an email service provider to deliver the newsletter and process delivery, unsubscribe and complaint information. Your email address is not published in the newsletter archive.

You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter email, or ask us to cancel your signup at admin@mosaicsearchpartners.com. We keep the information needed to honor unsubscribe requests.

Accounts and private areas

The Candidate Portal and other restricted resources use sign-in services to identify users and control access. The Candidate Portal asks for an email address to send a sign-in link.

Website services

This site uses hosting, embedded content, maps and analytics or advertising measurement services. For example, the homepage loads a Google tag. These services can receive technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser information and the page requested. Their own privacy notices explain how they handle that information.

Links to LinkedIn, social platforms and firm websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
