Why I Built This

A personal project of Bryson Malcolm

This is my project, and it's personal. I've spent more than a decade in and around Big Law building relationships with attorneys I trust across the industry. When those people tell me, in confidence, about someone they'd gladly work for again, I believe them, and I think that kind of praise deserves daylight.

Character and Fitness runs on goodwill: validated, anonymous vouching from people I know, shared to lift up the attorneys who have proven themselves positive contributors to the character, the values, and the rigor of this profession.
