Every Big Law and elite boutique attorney on this map was recommended in confidence by someone who worked beside them or for them: a strong lawyer who treats people well. Nobody can buy a spot or pressure their way on. The people who vouch stay anonymous.
Why I built this
A personal project of Bryson Malcolm
Through my work in Big Law, I've gotten to know attorneys I trust across the industry. When someone tells me, in confidence, about a lawyer they'd gladly work for again, I think that deserves to be shared.
Character and Fitness recognizes lawyers who do strong work and treat people well. Recommendations come only from people in my network whom I personally know and trust. They are by invitation only, and I validate each one. Who vouched and what they said stay private; the lawyer gets the recognition.
I build this list independently, from my own conversations and judgment. No law firm, legal employer, or listed attorney has a hand in it.
