The cohort is the 2027 Vault Law 100. Vault measures prestige; the circles here measure the selected numeric metric. Mosaic is independent of Vault and the firms shown.

U.S. headcounts come from Firm Prospects with “U.S. Attorneys Only” selected, observed September 23, 2026. These are source-reported counts, not an independent roster audit. Missing or legacy-entity counts are left blank rather than substituted with a merged successor.

Financials reflect fiscal 2025, published in The American Lawyer’s 2026 Am Law 100. They cover the source’s firmwide reporting entity, which may include international offices or a verein. They are not U.S.-only financials. Historical legacy-firm financials remain labeled under that legacy firm; they are not combined with successor figures.

Revenue per attorney is calculated from revenue divided by the source’s average full-time-equivalent lawyers. Estimated equity profit per attorney uses profits per equity partner multiplied by average equity partners, divided by average FTE lawyers. It excludes nonequity partner compensation and uses rounded published inputs. Neither calculation uses today’s U.S. headcount. These are firm economics, not individual attorney pay.

Each circle uses the same area scale within its metric, including after filtering. Missing values have no circle and are shown in the table. Logos identify firms and do not imply endorsement.
