Your tracker uses an email sign-in link and is intended for you and the Mosaic team handling your search. Use the personal email Mosaic has on file, and keep your sign-in link private.

Each firm has a card with its current stage, dates, and notes. If you're talking to several firms at once, you can check them all on the same page.
