Your tracker is locked to your email address. Sign-in happens through a secure one-time link sent to your email, so there's no password to make up or forget, and nobody else can pull it up. Access stops at you and your Mosaic recruiter.
Each firm gets its own card showing where things stand, with dates and plain-English notes on what's happened so far. Twenty firms in play? Twenty cards, one page.
