I'll be honest with you. The number of students reaching out to us for help has grown way beyond what we can handle through Mosaic Scholars alone. That program is one-on-one by design. I'm personally involved in every Scholar's journey, and I wouldn't have it any other way. But it means I have to keep it small.
The thing is, the questions I keep getting don't necessarily require a one-on-one relationship to answer well. How do I actually evaluate firms beyond the rankings? When exactly should I be applying? How do I leverage a competing offer without burning a bridge? These are knowable things. And right now, most students are piecing together answers from anonymous Reddit threads, outdated career services handouts, and secondhand advice from people who haven't recruited in years.
That's not good enough. So I built something more accessible.
The Mosaic Network is where I'm putting everything I know. The firm intelligence I've gathered from years of placing attorneys at the nation's top firms. The recruiting strategies I've refined working with hundreds of candidates. The practice group breakdowns I wish someone had given me when I was starting out. The negotiation tactics that actually work. All of it, organized in one place, built for students who are serious about getting this right.
A clear, honest breakdown of one of Big Law's most misunderstood practice groups. What the work looks like day to day, who thrives in it, how to talk about it in interviews, and why it's one of the most recession-proof areas of law.
Culture, compensation, hours, and what associates actually say behind closed doors.
The exact letter to send when you need to move a firm's process forward using a competing offer.
What it means for recruiting and how students should think about firm DEI commitments now.
Two of the most popular transactional practices, broken down side by side.
Geographic market strategies with timing, firm targets, and negotiation approaches tailored to each region.
Every resource is designed to be immediately useful. No filler, no fluff, no recycled advice.
I walk you through every major practice area at a level that's actually helpful. What the work looks like, who does well, and how to speak to it with confidence.
Candid, detailed profiles on individual firms. The kind of stuff you'd normally only hear from a recruiter who trusts you. Culture, compensation, real talk.
Form documents for accelerating timelines, leveraging competing offers, requesting stipend money, and increasing your market value. Tested and refined.
Real-time updates on the moves that matter. Firm announcements, lateral trends, compensation shifts, and the developments that affect your recruiting window.
Every member is vetted before entry. But when you post, you're anonymous by default. Only I see your identity at the application stage. You can share your name, school, and class year with the rest of the community when posting, if you want to.
Every member is verified before they're admitted. Your identity, your school, and your personal information are only visible to me. That's it. When you post, comment, or share intel inside the Network, you do so under an anonymous handle unless you choose otherwise.
This means you can ask the real questions, share candid experiences, compare offers, and speak freely without worrying about who's watching. The quality stays high because everyone is vetted. The honesty stays high because no one has to put their name on it.

Has anyone heard back from Kirkland after the NYC callback? I interviewed last Tuesday and it's been radio silence.

I heard back Friday. Took about 8 days for me. Don't read into the silence yet, they batch their responses.

Same experience here. Also, Bryson's firm intel page on Kirkland was super helpful for prep. The culture section is really detailed.
